University Health Services has expanded its availability of on-campus acupuncture and physical therapy services to UO faculty members and staff.

Employees can call the physical therapy/sports medicine department at 541-346-4401 to schedule an appointment.

Patients will receive instructions to access online intake forms and find out if anything specific is needed before treatment, such as a referral or prior authorization. Employees are encouraged to contact their insurance companies directly regarding coverage.

University Health Services will bill the patient’s health insurance; any balance not covered by insurance will be billed to the employee’s UO DuckWeb account for final payment.

Services for the treatment of worker’s compensation injuries are not available at this time.
