Members of the Graduate Teaching Fellows Federation voted to ratify the terms provided for in the tentative agreement reached by the parties on Jan. 15. This is the final step in the GTFF bargaining process and indicates that GTFF’s members accept the tentative agreement previously reached by GTFF and the University of Oregon bargaining teams.
Now that the union has approved the contract, the Office of Human Resources, lead by employee and labor relations, will begin developing a plan to implement the new terms and communicate the changes to university leadership and supervisors who work with graduate employees.
A final version of the collective bargaining agreement will be posted on the Human Resourceswebsite when it is available. In the meantime, review the list of tentative agreements contract to gain an understanding of changes to come.
