The annual open enrollment period for benefit-eligible employees includes a health engagement model program. This tool helps employees learn about health risks and take actions to reduce them.

Get started on the open enrollment process by taking the following action now:

• Review the health engagement model agreement.
• Make a decision about participation in health model. Program enrollment begins Oct. 1 during open enrollment.
• If planning to participate, complete the online health assessment questionnaire between Sept. 1 and Oct. 31.

Open enrollment happens each year and gives benefit-eligible employees the opportunity to review benefit offerings and keep or change their elections for the following year. UO employees eligible for health care benefits are encouraged to make plans now for taking action during the required open enrollment period this October.
