How the University Works series starts up for 2026-27

The University of Oregon is a complex organization with thousands of faculty and staff — it can be difficult to understand the operations and nuance of any given part of the institution when you aren’t directly involved. The series How the University Works, a collaboration between the Office of the Provost and the Office of Human Resources, brings together employees and subject matter experts to try to demystify our operational processes and systems.
