The latest OA Job Family Framework Project update from Human Resources is now available.

The update includes information on the review of officer of administration position descriptions to inform the development of job families, job functions and job levels, which will serve as the main components of the job framework for the University of Oregon.

HR provides regular updates on the status of the project to keep the campus community, particularly officers of administration, informed.
