Interior recycling sites will be deep cleaned this summer

Campus Planning and Facilities Management has updated its running list of closures and other activities that affect travel, access and planning on campus.

Employees can stay informed by visiting the campus closures, shutdowns and detours website or by checking the UO campus map construction impacts.

The latest notifications include:

New:     

  • Willamette Hall Room 175 carpet replaced during the evening, through July 7.
  • Museum of Natural and Cultural History boiler down for repairs.
  • Peterson Hall south and east exterior doors and windows painted, through July 10.
  • Lot 33, between Bean Hall and East Campus Grad Village, tree work, July 8.
  • Portland North and South Holman Apartments will be reroofed, July 13-Sept. 7.
  • Baker Downtown Center domestic hot water offline during pipe repair, July 15-16.
  • Campus interior recycling sites will be deep cleaned, July 20-Aug. 28.

Updated:

  • Willamette Hall Reroofing Project: A crane will be arriving and partially blocking East 13th Avenue while it is being set up, July 8.
  • Klamath Hall air handlers 3 and 4 shutdown: Heat will still be available and cooling will operate during non-office work hours, through July 29.
  • Knight Library Plaza Restoration: The 4th floor HVAC system will be offline to salvage historic brick for the project, July 9.
