University Communications will be offering two portrait sessions in Ford Alumni Center Room 208 (photo studio) for free faculty and staff headshots.
Timeslots between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on two dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis: Tuesday, April 7, and Thursday, May 14.
The sessions are exclusively offered to full-time UO faculty and professional staff, not student employees. Business attire is suggested.
Employees can sign up for one 10-minute time slot on a reservation form. Only available days and times will appear. Those who wish to be added to the waiting list can fill out a form to get early notice for future sessions. Sessions will not be offered in the summer but will resume during fall term.
Images will be distributed directly via email 5-10 business days following each session. The photos can be used for university business or professional options such as LinkedIn.
