Providence medical plans will not be offered in 2027

The Public Employees Benefit Board announced its 2027 medical plan providers. Moda and Kaiser Permanente offerings will continue. Providence Health Plan will no longer be available. If you are a Providence member, your 2026 benefits are not affected. You can use them normally through the end of the calendar year.

In an email to members announcing the change, PEBB said it intends to maintain provider networks for out-of-state employees, which are currently available only through Providence plans.

Human Resources is monitoring the situation and will share more information as it becomes available and during benefits open enrollment in October, when employees select plans for 2027.
