As activity slows down on campus during summer, expect to see reduced hours for many buildings and services during the coming months.

Most locations and services will be closed Independence Day, Thursday, July 4, and Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 2. Zero week, the week before the start of the summer session, is June 17 to 21 and summer term begins June 24. Campus Planning and Facilities Management has real-time information on closures and major projects, including at the Black Cultural Center, Hayward Field and Knight Campus, on the department’s notification map.

Although parking is easier to find, all campus lots will be patrolled as usual. The parking office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to buy fall parking passes; they can also be ordered online. Take note that Lot 56 at Millrace Drive and Riverfront Parkway will close to make way for a 600-space garage next to the Knight Campus.
