UO faculty and staff can score a deal on Duck football tickets thanks to a discount being offered by the athletics department.

With the offer, employees will get a 20 percent discount on tickets to the Ducks’ first two home games, against Eastern Washington on Sept. 5 and against Georgia State on Sept. 19. Tickets can be purchased through the UO Ticket Office.

The Ducks, who went all the way to the College Football Playoff championship game last year, kick off their season with the Eastern Washington game at Autzen Stadium. The team travels to Michigan State the following weekend and then returns to campus for the Georgia State matchup.

Autzen has seen 16 straight sellout seasons and is expected to max out again this year as the team looks to build on last year’s success. The stadium will seat 54,000 fans.

The two-game discount isn’t the only deal UO employees get on athletics tickets. All faculty and staff also get 20 percent off season tickets for all sports, a benefit that is in place all year. For information, call 541-346-4461.
