Meet Amos Lachman, Class of 2015
A graduating class of 135 students mark the end of their three-year educational journey this Saturday.
Volunteers need to apply by June 3 to be considered as a WOW leader for student orientation.
Both original and published poetry in 10 languages will be offered in the 12th annual poetry event.
Almost 200 students will present posters or make presentations in the fifth annual conference spotlighting undergraduate work.
The contest challenges graduate students to explain their research in nontechnical terms in just three minutes.
Megan Garland has been on four study abroad trips so far, and will leave on her last one after graduation.
Members of the campus community who knew UO junior Miles Reinke are invited to share memories of the gregarious and compassionate student, who died unexpectedly March 20.
A memorial web page has been set up by the Department of International Studies, where Reinke was majoring. He was described by friends as “vivacious, enthusiastic and down to earth” and was looking forward to a study abroad trip to Spain this summer.
The annual music event will feature local and regional bands playing at several locations around campus.
