The annual required Workplace Harassment and Discrimination Prevention training is now available. The deadline to complete the training is Dec. 17.
The University of Oregon requires faculty, classified employees, officers of administration and graduate employees to complete the training annually to meet federal Title IX and Oregon legislative requirements.
The training is in MyTrack Learning. It takes about one hour to complete. You will be able to pause the training and come back to it later if needed. Employees should take the training during paid work hours. Vice presidents and deans will receive monthly completion reports for their areas.
New employees need to complete the training in their first 90 days.
The training covers:
- Your reporting responsibilities and options as a UO employee.
- Appropriate workplace conduct.
- What constitutes harassing or discriminatory behavior.
- Where to get help and support.
Alternate or in-person options will be available for those who do not have a computer workstation.
