Members of the Board of Trustees at the University of Oregon will hold office hours on campus in advance of the board’s June 1-2 quarterly meeting. All university students and employees are invited to attend. This is a great opportunity to get to know your trustees and share your thoughts on key issues at the UO. Office hours will be held during multiple sessions.
Friday, May 15, at James Commons in 151 Tykeson Hall, 1 to 3 p.m.
The following trustees will each host a table and welcome campus community members to drop in at any point:
- Cy Abbott, MS ’22, graduate student trustee, is a PhD student researching political border delineation and is serving the second year of his term.
- Elisa deCastro Hornecker, BA ’82, at large trustee, is a life-long Oregonian and currently chairs the board’s Academic and Student Affairs Committee.
- Lillian Moses, non-faculty staff trustee, is the director of housing capital construction within University Housing and joined the board in July 2022.
- Andy Storment, BS ’84, at-large trustee, is a sixth-generation Oregonian and currently chairs the board’s Finance and Facilities Committee.
- Jenny Ulum, MA ’83, at-large trustee, is a graduate of North Bend High School and longtime public relations and public affairs executive.
Tuesday, May 26, at James Commons in 151 Tykeson Hall.
- Session 1: from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
- Session 2: from 5 to 6 p.m.
The board’s campus-based trustees will host joint office hours with each hosting a table and welcoming campus community members to drop in at any point:

- Taliek Lopez-DuBoff, undergraduate student trustee, is a third-year student studying planning, public policy and management and joined the board in October 2025.
- David Mitrovčan Morgan, undergraduate student trustee, is a senior studying data science and economics serving in the second year of his term.
- Lillian Moses, non-faculty staff trustee, is the director of housing capital construction within University Housing and joined the board in July 2022.
- Gerard F. Sandoval, PhD, faculty trustee, is a professor of planning, public policy and management and joined the board in October 2025.
RSVPs are encouraged for those who plan to attend but are not required. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
