University of Oregon employees can set preferences now, ahead of tax season, for receiving their 2025 federal W-2 form, wage and tax statement. Employees who have not already done so can consent to have their W-2 delivered electronically. In order to receive an electronic W-2, sign up by Jan. 12. Those who previously elected the option will receive their 2025 W-2 form electronically with no additional action required.

How do I go paperless?
Use your employee dashboard through DuckWeb or MyUO, your new personalized university portal. Step-by-step instructions are available on the Business Affairs website.
Once enrolled, you will continue to receive future W-2s electronically unless you withdraw consent.
Can I continue to receive a printed and mailed copy?
Yes. Anyone who has not elected electronic delivery will receive a printed 2025 W-2 form through U.S. mail at the home address on file. If you moved in the past year and have not done so already, please update your mailing address to ensure your W-2 reaches you. It is important to keep your contact information in DuckWeb up to date, especially as the mailing address on record is used for employment-related notifications such as the federal W-2 and other required tax filings.
Can I update other personal information?
Yes. You can update your personal information at any time. Other information to review and keep current is your emergency contact. The emergency contact on record provides a reliable personal contact in the event that an employee requires emergency medical care while on the job. Current and accurate emergency contact information allows authorized personnel to reach out quickly to an employee’s family member or friend. Emergency contacts can be reviewed and updated on the personal information tab in DuckWeb.
