Much like a good cover letter, our Ducks need to dress to impress at job interviews. Help them by donating interview-ready clothes for the Career Closet Pop-Up on April 9 hosted by the University Career Center and the Student Sustainability Center. Career Closet donation bins can be found on the University of Oregon Eugene campus until April 3 at:
- University Career Center: Tykeson Hall Garden Level Room 050.
- Student Sustainability Center: Erb Memorial Union Room 005.
- Ford Alumni Center: UO Alumni Association, Suite 119.
- Lillis: Main entrance.
- HEDCO Education Building: Main entrance.
Want to organize a mini-drive and have someone pick it up from your location in Eugene/Springfield before April 3? Email career@uoregon.edu to make a plan. Drop off new or gently used business casual and business professional clothes including blazers, slacks, suits, dresses, polos, button-ups, skirts, ties, belts and anything else someone would wear to a job interview. Want to volunteer to help organize donations, or staff the Career Closet Pop-Up on April 9? Reach out to career@uoregon.edu on how to participate.
Want to make a financial contribution? Go to the UO Giving donation webpage, under Designations select “I want to give to other” and write in Career Center fund (#4359), and include “Clothing” in the comments before you move on to payment. These funds will help with additional resources to help make this event successful.
