UO graduate student Danielle Barth recently earned second place in the Linguistic Society of America’s annual Student Abstract Awards.

Barth, a graduate teaching fellow in linguistics, won for her paper “Reduction in Child Speech, Child-Directed Speech and Inter-Adult Speech. The award will be presented at the society’s annual meeting this January in Portland.
