Campus Planning and Facilities Management has updated its running list of closures and other activities that affect travel, access and planning on campus.
Employees can stayed informed by visiting the campus closures, shutdowns and detours website or by checking the UO campus map construction impacts.
The latest notifications include:
- Walton buildings B and C hot water shut down to replace a faulty steam valve, Nov. 21.
- Millrace 1 and 2, Fine Arts C and Woodshop noise advisory during new utility tunnel excavation work, Nov. 27-Dec. 1.
- Huestis Hall domestic hot and cold water shut down for final connections, Dec. 4.
- Huestis Hall basement 001-005, 011-016B industrial and RO water shut down for final system switchovers in the Huestis Hall Deferred Maintenance project, Dec. 6.
- Huestis Hall basement HVAC and lab exhaust shutdown, Dec. 7.
- Huestis Hall Suite 34 industrial water shut down for final connections in the Huestis Deferred Maintenance project, Dec. 8.
- Erb Memorial Union McMillan Gallery windows replaced, Dec. 11-22.
- Klamath Hall second floor (room numbers in the 200 series) and Room 075 air supply system offline during replacement of building cooling units, Dec. 12-15.
- Matthew Knight Arena, Bean Hall, Kalapuya Ilihi, Unthank Hall, Ford Alumni Center, Global Scholars Hall and the new Walton B and C buildings power outage to install new equipment related to the new Walton buildings, Dec. 19.
