Mary Deits, chair of the panel reviewing the UO’s sexual assault prevention and response efforts, has invited the campus community to a second listening session next week.
Deits sent an email to campus explaining that this session will focus on the UO’s response to all forms of sexual misconduct. The session is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 12:30 p.m., in Room 182, Lillis Business Complex.
After a successful first round of community input, Diets said, “The panel continues to be impressed but not surprised with the thoughtful and engaged responses they have received so far.“ She said the success of the report and recommendations depends on the panel hearing a broad range of perspectives.
Written comments are being accepted via the panel’s , which also offers access to panel information, documents and resources.
