The UO Student Recreation Center is offering a kick-start to New Year’s resolutions this year with free Group X, Webfoot CrossFit and small group training classes throughout the first week of winter term 2018.
Students, faculty, staff and community members with a rec center membership or day pass can drop in on any class Jan. 8 to 14. With workouts from Acroyoga to powerlifting offered every day, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., members can find a class to suit their needs.
