University of Oregon employees and students have a new food option in the Erb Memorial Union starting Jan. 16.

Crumbl Cookies will open a temporary location on the EMU’s main floor, next to Subway. 

While a long-term food vendor is sought for that space, the pop-up shop will serve fresh-baked cookies Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The dining location was previously held by Little Big Burger, which still operates a restaurant at 1404 Orchard St.

Crumbl is known for its rotating menu and large cookies served in a pink box. It also has a location on Coburg Road.
