UO announces June 14 and 15 as the dates for commencement 2027

The University of Oregon will hold next year’s commencement ceremonies Monday, June 14, and Tuesday, June 15, 2027.

The 2027 commencement ceremony will be held at 9 a.m. June 14 at Autzen Stadium, celebrating the conferral of degrees for all graduates. Eugene-based school and college ceremonies will all take place June 14 and June 15. Commencement ceremonies for some graduate students (master’s and doctorate degrees) may take place prior to June 14. Additional information on those ceremonies will be shared by the schools and colleges.

Dates, times and locations of all ceremonies can be found on the commencement website. Additional information about ordering regalia, making travel plans for family and friends, and much more will be added to the site as planning continues.

Eligible students will receive additional information via their @uoregon email in early spring term.

Graduates and families are the focus of commencement, but staff assistance is essential. The biggest day on the annual calendar at the UO simply wouldn’t happen without the hundreds of staff and faculty who give their time. Employees from every corner of the university are strongly encouraged to sign up — mark your calendars to be part of this culminating celebration. The call for staffing takes place in spring term. Plan to sign up to make this unforgettable day go smoothly for graduates and families.
