Through the University of Oregon Alumni Association’s partnership with Nike, UO employees and members of their households are invited to shop at the Nike Company Store in Beaverton between Oct. 22 and Nov. 20 with a one-time access shopping pass.
This is just the second time Nike has opened its doors for a monthlong shopping window to UOAA members and UO employees. While the shopping pass is good for only one day, it can be used at any time in the four-week window.
To gain entry to the store, faculty and staff members will need to print a copy of the shopping pass flyer or have it available on a cell phone along with their UO identification and government-issued ID for themselves, their spouse or partner, and any dependent children age 15 and older. The member’s spouse or partner must provide proof of the same address to accompany the member into the store, while dependent children must be 22 or younger with the same address, or 24 or younger with a valid college ID and same address.
Company Store access offers up to 40 percent off on Nike footwear and apparel, with a purchase limit per transaction/pass of 30 items or $3,000 prior to the discount. A complete list of the Nike Company Store’s rules and regulations, including details about bringing household members, is available from the UOAA.
All faculty members and staff are invited to become members of the UO Alumni Association for as low as $45 for an individual annual membership. Along with annual access to the Nike Company Store, members also enjoy the entire suite of alumni association member rewards. These include quarterly shopping windows to Columbia employee stores nationwide, an annual 20 percent off coupon to The Duck Store, early access to purchase Ducks football tickets before the general public, and much more.
Membership dues allow the UOAA and its chapters to provide scholarships for UO students and support the association’s programs, which build connections between alumni, current students and the UO.
