Freebie Yoga for All, open to the entire University of Oregon community, will take place this summer on Wednesdays from noon to 12:45 p.m. in 220 Gerlinger, starting June 10. All levels are welcome. Mats and props are provided, or you may bring your own.
Register for each session ahead of time, up to a week in advance. If you need assistance registering, please come to class and the instructor can help you.
Instructor Izzy Ehlis is an undergraduate student in chemistry, human physiology and global studies. She teaches yoga, cycling and F45 at the Student Recreation Center. Her classes are rooted in a profound respect for and attention to human anatomy and physiology and the interrelation of breath and awareness.
If you have questions about the free yoga program, email Sarah Ebert, assistant director for mind-body and fitness, at sarahe@uoregon.edu.
