An historic event returns to Eugene April 25 with the 34th annual Take Back the Night 2013, a free, public event seeking an end to sexual violence in the community.

Anthony Hornof, an associate professor in Computer and Information Science, has been selected for a supervisory position with the National Science Foundation.

Laura McKinney has been hired as the Oregon University System's assistant vice chancellor for industry partnerships and executive director of the Engineering and Technology Industry Council (ETIC), marking an expansion by OUS in its outreach and collaborations with business and industry.
McKinney is the former president and CEO of Galois, Inc., in Portland. She will begin at the OUS on April 22.
